Oh, well, sigh....
however, a small ration of cheddar with a handful of toasted unsalted almonds and a sliced up apple is (in our minds) a very healthy snack!bee and jayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10672833743830229469noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7118856110075405434.post-37941211315591687122012-07-09T15:06:12.621-07:002012-07-09T15:06:12.621-07:00Hello Cullen- You know I love both cycling and wal...Hello Cullen- You know I love both cycling and walking, I think they both have a great place in healthy living. I wouldn't think any of our walks are more than 3 or 4 miles, just casual strolls, not speedy walking...but I have purposely not been keeping track- I find I get too caught up in numbers, I want to learn to just enjoy it despite a number that I judge to be good or bad. I'm already a member of the slow bicycle movement on Facebook- have I seen you there? I think so;)

Thanks for following along- enjoy your walks! Slowness gives you a chance to think and philosophize. Plus, your mind is also focused on your surrounding environment.

Seeing as you too are a cyclist, you might get something from this page:
http://www.slowbicyclemovement.org

Regards,
Cullen Carter
Appleton, WI

P.S. Out of curiosity, I'm curious how far your longest walk was?Cullenhttp://www.facebook.com/cullen.carter3noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7118856110075405434.post-8166009999167609432012-07-09T12:10:34.051-07:002012-07-09T12:10:34.051-07:00Anything done in succession for 21 times becomes a...Anything done in succession for 21 times becomes a habit.
